The muscles that are worked by kayak are practically everyone,
do Kayaking is a sport beneficial in many ways, being in touch with
nature so directly evokes a relaxation that is not easy to get in other sports.
Also, make Kayak active means having much
of the musculature of the body.
This sport is getting a good paddle to move
and thus achieve the objective. With
each stroke the lats are working because while one arm is
paddling back each other's work is to achieve a stretch.

Practice Kayak carries intense training back ,
reaching also to the shoulders ,
especially at the back of the deltoid. When
the game is done, the direct impact on the shoulders is much greater than in a
typical back workout. At the end of each stroke, the paddle pulls the
front again and this movement is transferring a load to the muscle that
also reaches to the shoulders. This infers move forward movement in the rear, lateral and anterior deltoid.

As in any other training rowing
boats, working the biceps
is the most important . In addition, kayak triceps
also play an important role in
actively contracting. When one arm is rowing, working the biceps on that
side and while the other arm counteracts the work with a forward
extension. While the biceps and triceps are doing their homework, forearms
also enter a constant work.

As with all movements of rotation, and abdominal obliques they are very
involved and they are responsible for the
performance. The trunk, from the waist to the neck, constantly works as
rotation and counter-rotation, which is a huge benefit for the stabilization of
the spine and balance.

As part triceps, kayaking chest
is also involved . When
an arm is rowing back, the other is counter subtraction with a push forward,
and the effect is like doing dumbbell bench press in one arm. The most
interesting is that when any series is done, the pectoral muscles work to stabilize
the shoulder and pull the arm, chest so it works both arms simultaneously
in opposite ways.

Mmm, interesante!
